Dastabhaib Shirazi (Author of the book Greater Sins)
He played an important role in the Islamic Revoloution of
Iran. His campaign against Shah's regime was revealed
through the Islamic leaders' movement 1962. Every Thursday
after "Komeil prayer", he had a political speech. These
speeches had an important role in the revolution. He was
arrested and exiled several times. Despite all of these
pressures, he never gave up his campaigns. He was elected
as the first representative of Iran's Fars province among
the Assembly Experts, after the victory of revolution. He
accepted to be the Friday Leader at the request of Shiraz
people and Imam Khomeini's order, at the same time. He was
martyred by his enemies (Monafeqeen) on 11 Dec 1981, when
he was going for Friday Prayer.
